Here is a sneak peek at a new project I've been working on. I am going to my sister's wedding this weekend and I thought it would be nice to make some accessories to match my dress. I found this small silver hand bag to match my silver dress so I am embroidering one of my dazzling diva's onto the front of the bag and I'm also making a matching barrette to wear. I've been working on this all weekend and hope to finish it today. Here is a photo at the face that will be on the front of my tiny silver hand bag.
oh how i adore all your faces/

Such a great idea and such a great face, I took time to study the face, I should try a stitched face in my fabric journal, my journal that hardly says a thing, but if you can read threads it says a lot. Your barrets are so pretty and when I looked at the last one it seemed even more detailed.
ReplyDeleteOk I have a printing to do for you and I have not forgot, I will do it in the next few days and get it in the mail.
Have a great time at the wedding, everyone wil want a bag like yours.
Ohhhhhhh.....I love what your doing now. You make me miss weilding a thread and needle. There is something so satisfying in sewing by hand.
ReplyDeleteOhhhhhhhhhh, Rebecca!!!! I can't WAIT to see the finished goodies! You'll be the belle of the ball!!! Hugs, Terri xoxo
