Art Dolls by Rebecca Anthony (a few years ago)
A few years ago I was in a doll making phase and I can't say for sure but I feel like it may be a returning phase. These are some photos of some of my creations from the past.
Rebecca...even your sculpting is consistent with your other creations.... gorgeous work...and yes, filter through and make some more...
my creativity comes in cycles too....
I read this book once that defines this sort of behaviour as being a
CYCLICAL SCANNER
in the book "REFUSE TO CHOOSE". The book really helped me to feel 'normal', if that's possible at all, because I found that I couldn't just pick one thing to do for the rest of my life....I do so many things...and now I know why I'm like that! lol
okay this concludes our therapy session for the day!
Another talent uncovered Rebecca. Your dolls are so unique and full of character, combined with your embroidery I can see some new creations coming Lee:)
OMG! I LOVE those little tea cup dolls, Rebecca . . . and the hippie is adorable!!! Matter of fact . . . they're ALL enchanting!!! Hope you DO get bitten by the art doll bug again, because these are amazing! Hugs, Terri xoxoxo
